What I Can Help With

Does this sound familiar?

Exhausted and running on empty

You're surviving on broken sleep and cold cups of tea. Together we'll find a sustainable, blood sugar-balancing way of eating that actually gives you your energy back — no diets, no guilt.

Overwhelmed by the mental load of motherhood

The to-do list, the guilt, the worry, the constant "am I doing this right?" — we'll work through the mental load together so you can show up as the mother you want to be.

Wondering where you went

You love your baby fiercely — and you also miss yourself. We'll create space to rediscover who you are beyond "mummy", so you can hold both: the love and the life that's yours.

Pram Walk Sessions

"I go to Nature to be soothed and healed, and to have my senses put together."
– John Burroughs

One of the biggest things that stops new mums from getting support isn't the cost, or the time — it's simply not having anyone to look after the baby.

So bring them along.

Pram walk sessions are proper coaching sessions — outside in the Chew Valley countryside, with your little one beside you in the pram. The fresh air is good for both of you, the gentle movement supports post-natal mood and energy, and walking side by side actually makes it easier to open up than sitting face to face across a table.

And when the British weather has other ideas, or getting out just isn't possible that week — sessions move online or come to you at home. We work around your reality, not an idealised version of it.

What makes pram walks work

  • 🌿 No childcare needed. Your baby is part of the session — not a problem to be solved.
  • 🚶‍♀️ Movement as medicine. Gentle walking supports post-natal mood, energy, and hormonal recovery.
  • 🌤️ Fresh air for both of you. Getting outside regularly is one of the simplest things that genuinely helps.
  • 💬 Easier to open up. Walking side by side creates a different kind of conversation — less formal, more honest.
  • 🏡 Flexible when life intervenes. Bad weather, cluster feeding, recovery days — we can always switch to online or your home.

Frequently Asked Questions

I completely understand — some days it barely feels like there's time to shower, let alone carve out an hour for yourself. I'm not here to add to your load or lecture you about better organisation. Instead, I want to gently ask: if not now, when?

This isn't about adding yet another thing to your overflowing list. It's about creating space to honour your own wellbeing — because you matter in this too.

Here are some practical ways we make it work for busy parents:

  • Pram walk sessions — proper coaching sessions in the Chew Valley countryside, baby in the pram beside you. No childcare needed, no guilt about leaving them.
  • Sessions can also be online if nap times are your only window — we work around your reality, not an idealised version of it.
  • After our sessions, you'll have ongoing, in-the-moment support, plus simple, flexible tools that slot easily into daily life (no hour-long routines required).

Yes — and you're far from alone in this. Not having childcare is one of the most common reasons new mums don't seek support, which is exactly why pram walk sessions exist.

We head out into the Chew Valley countryside together, with your baby in the pram alongside us. No childcare needed, no guilt about leaving them, no rushing back. Your little one is part of the session, not a problem to be worked around.

If getting outside isn't possible — bad weather, a difficult week, post-natal recovery — sessions can also happen at your home or online. The point is always to make it work for you, not to add another logistical hurdle.

Maternity leave often means a real dip in income, so spending on yourself can feel very hard to justify. That's a completely valid concern, and I'd never want to pressure anyone into something that genuinely isn't financially right.

A few things worth knowing: the Foundation Session (£150) is a standalone option — a single deep-dive that gives you a clear roadmap without committing to a longer programme. Payment plans are available across all programmes, so the cost doesn't have to fall in one go.

Many mums also find that investing during this period — before returning to work and the pace picks back up — makes the changes far more sustainable. It's easier to build new habits in a season of life that's already disrupted than to try to retrofit them around an old routine.

And if the timing genuinely isn't right, the online course (launching April 2026) offers a more accessible entry point at £197.

It happens — feeds, nappy changes, an unexpected meltdown, a baby who refuses to be put down. We just pause, you sort it, and we carry on. There's no rigid clock-watching or formal agenda that gets derailed.

Sessions are designed to work around baby's reality, not the other way round. If a session genuinely can't run its course, we'll find another slot. None of that counts against you — it's just life with a newborn.

Great question—it's a common one. A nutritionist is fantastic if you want a deep dive into specific areas like supplements, allergies, medical nutrition therapy, or detailed meal planning for certain conditions. I'm happy to recommend trusted nutritionists when that feels like the right fit.

Health coaching offers something broader and complementary: personalised nutrition mentoring (what's nourishing and enjoyable for you) alongside behavioural change coaching. We don't just focus on what to eat—we explore the why and how behind your eating habits, emotions, stress triggers, and routines. It's about building sustainable shifts in mindset and behaviour so the changes stick long-term, not just another diet to follow.

Real, lasting transformation rarely happens overnight, so yes—coaching asks for a level of commitment and consistency. But you're a parent; life does happen—school events, illnesses, work crises, the works.

If something comes up, we simply reschedule. Between sessions, you have my ongoing support to navigate those inevitable bumps, tweak what's not working, and keep your momentum going. The goal isn't perfection; it's gentle, steady progress that fits real life. You're not alone in this—we're in it together.

You've probably heard the airplane safety instruction: put your own oxygen mask on first before helping others. It's cliché because it's true. You've been pouring everything into this new little person — which is beautiful and also completely unsustainable if there's nothing left in your own tank.

A depleted mum can't pour from an empty cup. Investing in your health and wellbeing isn't selfish — it's one of the best things you can do for your whole family. You deserve to feel well. You deserve to thrive, not just survive.

If you've ever Googled "post-natal exhaustion" or "lost my identity after baby" at 2am during a feed – hello, kindred spirit! I'm a mum of two who genuinely gets it. That feeling of doing All The Things whilst somehow feeling like you've vanished? I've been there, bought the T-shirt, and promptly spilt peanut butter down it.

I work with new mothers who are ready to stop just surviving and start actually living again — to feel energised, like themselves, and genuinely present for this precious, messy, magnificent time. My approach blends the practical (post-natal nutrition, movement that's right for your recovering body, sleep strategies that actually work) with the profound (who am I beyond mummy? What matters to me now?). No guilt trips. No pretending kale cures everything. Just honest, gentle support to help you come home to yourself.

I'm a Level 5 qualified Health Coach from the Health Coaches Academy and I've been teaching Comprehensive Pilates for 8 years – so I know a thing or two about helping bodies feel better. But my favourite sessions? Walk & Talk in the gorgeous Chew Valley countryside. There's something magical about untangling life's knots whilst wandering through nature. Fresh air for the lungs, perspective for the soul.

What Is Health Coaching?

Why Health Coaching?

You know what you should be doing. Drink more water, sleep more, stress less, move your body. The internet's full of it. But you're a new mum — and the internet wasn't written for someone functioning on broken sleep with a baby on their hip.

But here's the thing: knowing what to do and actually doing it are two completely different beasts — especially when you're this tired.

Health coaching gives you something the advice-industrial-complex doesn't: space to be heard . Not judged. Not handed another meal plan that'll last three days. Not told to "just try harder." Actually heard.

This is where you get to explore what healthy even means for you —not the Instagram version of glowing new motherhood, but genuinely you. What does your post-natal body need? What does purposeful feel like when you're not running on fumes? How do you want to step into this new version of yourself?

Here's what health coaching actually is:

It's evidence-based behavioural change work. It's about unpicking the old habits that are quietly running the show—the ones that made sense once but now just leave you exhausted, frustrated, and wondering why you can't get it together. And then, with your coach's support, learning how to build new ones that actually stick.

You'll get tailored support on the practical stuff: eating in a way that feels good, moving your body without dread, managing stress before it manages you, setting goals that don't make you want to hide under the duvet. Plus all the other lifestyle bits that matter to you—sleep, boundaries, rediscovering who you are.

What health coaching isn't:

A quick fix.

Real transformation doesn't happen when we're frantically trying to fix ourselves. It happens when we finally stop, take a breath, and start learning how to care for ourselves instead. Gently. Consistently.

What you need to know:

This works, but only if you show up for it. I'll be here—steady, supportive, occasionally gently calling you on your stories—but I can't do the work for you. You've got to commit. To yourself.
