If you've ever Googled "lost my identity" or "why am I so tired all the time" at 2am – hello, kindred spirit! I'm a mum of two who gets it. That feeling of doing All The Things whilst somehow feeling like you've vanished? Yeah, I've been there, bought the T-shirt, and probably left it in a heap on the bedroom floor.
I work with people who are ready to stop just surviving and start actually living again. My approach blends the practical (sleep that works, food that fuels, movement that feels good) with the profound (who am I, really? What matters to me?). No guilt trips. No pretending kale cures everything. Just honest, gentle support to help you come home to yourself.
I'm a Level 5 qualified Health Coach from the Health Coaches Academy and I've been teaching Comprehensive Pilates for 8 years – so I know a thing or two about helping bodies feel better. But my favourite sessions? Walk & Talk in the gorgeous Chew Valley countryside. There's something magical about untangling life's knots whilst wandering through nature. Fresh air for the lungs, perspective for the soul.

This was leading me into a downward spiral, where my health was affected, and I couldn't see the way forward. Evie really helped me to break elements down, and see what was important to me in my life currently. Using her skillful and methodical questioning techniques, I made small, realistic goals to help have a more positive mindset. This in turn, has really pushed me forward in finding the right physio for my knee, and carrying on the pain management plan at home.
